Mathematica: Obtaining a New Password

  

If you have already registered with WolframReasearch and/or Mathematica and have already received a password, but for some reason need to receive a new one, it could be that your MathID number has changed. Your MathID number will change if your computer's hard drive has been significantly changed or reconfigured. In order  to request a new password you will need to email Wolfram's customer service center at customerservice@wolfram.com. In your email you will need to include the following:

  • Your Mathematica license number
  • Your new MathID number
  • The changes made to your computer/hard drive before you needed a new password

After sending this email, a new password will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
