General Information
IDL 7.0 is a software program designed to analyze data or imagery. College students who plan to become scientists, researchers, or data analysts may find this program to be very useful. Students involved in classes such as physics, medicine, computer science, astronomy and earth sciences may also benefit from the program. IDL 7.0 makes it easier to convert intricate data into information. Utilizing IDL 7.0 gives the user a great amount of analysis and visualization control.
Availability
This software product is available to LSU Faculty, Students, & Staff. It can be accessed through the LSU Virtual Lab (VLab).
1. Log into VLab, using your PAWS ID & password.
2. Double-click the IDL 7.0 icon.
