Esri ArcGIS: Access Esri Academy

Esri allows LSU members to access training with certain courses in the Esri Academy at no extra cost. This does not apply to all courses in the catalog. The instructions below provide login and access information.
 

To Access Esri Academy:

1. Go to: Esri Training Catalog - All Training
2. At the top right, click Sign in.
3. Click Your ArcGIS organization's URL and enter lsu-its then check Remember this URL.
4. Sign in with your myLSU credentials and use your MFA authentication as needed.
5. You will be brought back to the Training page and can browse the catalog. Availability will vary; please see the next section for details.

Training Availability

Availability of courses can be summarized by the following labels under their Access filter:

• Publicly available - Anyone can take this course, even with a free account.
• Requires Esri Maintenance Program - You must be logged in via LSU to access this course.
• Price varies - This course is not included with LSU access. Typically these are courses for certificate credit or are directly Instructor-Led for a separate price.
   

If you are having trouble accessing any trainings which have "Requires Esri Maintenance Program" despite logging in with LSU, please reach out to Esri directly at GISTraining@esri.com with the course name and details of the error.
