Accounts & IDs: (1) MyLSU Account ID, (2) Mainframe ID *Some exceptions apply.
NOTE: If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, you can reset it by using the Forgot Password link; see GROK Article 9980 for instructions on how to do this.

myLSU Password Policies & Security Levels
1. Log into the myLSU Portal. (my.lsu.edu) 2. Click Personal Preferences, then choose Password Management. 3. Select the Account that you want to Reset the Password on. Accounts which are available to you will display in the drop-down list.
Change Your MyLSU Account Password
Requires a separate account and password, not associated to your myLSU Password. If you forget your Mainframe password, you can change it through the myLSU Portal.
